ThredUP reinstates CMO role with new appointment – TheIndustry.fashion

Online deposit and savings platform thredUP has appointed Noelle Sadler as chief marketing officer, the company’s first dedicated CMO in nearly five years.

In his new role, Sadler is expected to apply his expertise in e-commerce marketing and merchandising to the second-hand market and attract younger customers to the platform. She will report to thredUP President Anthony Marino, who previously oversaw marketing.

Sadler joins thredUP from online fashion retailer Lulus, where she most recently served as CMO. Previously, she held several senior marketing positions at MAC Cosmetics and co-founded Retold Recycling, a subscription clothing cleaning service.
