MEX Exhibition and UNIREC team up with Gift World expo for a major cause of sustainability

India’s leading sustainable clothing brand – UNIREC participated in MEX Exhibition pvt. Lmt., which is one of the leading trade show organizers in the country, held its upcoming edition of Gift World Expo – the largest B2B gift solutions exhibition at Pragati Maidan, which was held from 27-30 July 2022.

UNIREC is a sustainable clothing brand, where each garment is made from 10-12 recycled PET bottles. The theme of this exhibition was eco-friendly and sustainable gifts, in essence UNIREC partnered with the organizer – MEX Exhibition to raise awareness of major issues such as sustainable living and climate change. To show their strong commitment to sustainability, the entire MEX team wore UNIREC t-shirts made from recycled PET bottles.

This was the 20th edition of this Gift World Expo, where 350 exhibitors presented their products and a wide variety of gift items. It was also a b2b event where companies and resellers from all over India are present, looking for promotional products or workwear. UNIREC with its wide range of professional clothing collections attracts a large number of crowds.

The motive of UNIREC is to protect the environment from degradation and they have never left it in the background. In this expo, UNIREC also collected plastic bottles for recycling and made this expo plastic-free. There are helpers collecting all the plastic bottles from each of the stalls and putting them in a large T-shirt like box at the entrance to signify that a huge amount of plastic at the event is going to be recycled by UNIREC and converted into a laptop.
