The terms of the contract are not disclosed. Founded in Denmark by three young entrepreneurs in 2015, the digital-native brand is known for its sustainable and ethical underwear, sportswear and underwear for women and men. Delta Galil plans to bring this strong brand to consumers around the world and expand the Organic Basics product line to include items for babies and children as well as additional items for women and men. The collection will be launched globally in 2023.

The brand has built a strong reputation and follows its use of certified, ethically and responsibly sourced materials, including organic cotton and natural dyes, and its commitment to minimizing its carbon footprint and impact on the planet.
Over 75% of the materials used to make Organic Basics items are plant-based, while over 15% is recycled. The brand’s assortment includes ultra-soft and comfortable women’s underwear, bralettes, sports bras, t-shirts and socks, as well as men’s underwear and t-shirts.
In recent years, Delta Galil has focused on strategically strengthening its e-commerce presence, investing in its own-brand digital offerings and strategic M&A transactions.
